Mindfulness- Based Stress Reduction Course

(Modeled on Jon Kabat-Zinn’s acclaimed work)

Mindfulness is essentially a way of paying attention to one’s experience in the present moment. Living in this way enhances both our enjoyment of life and our ability to deal with life’s difficulties. 
 

8 Week Course 

Wednesday, 19th or 26th September 2012 (TBC).

Venue:  Flannery’s Hotel, Galway

Time: Wed. 7 – 9.30 p.m. (plus a full Saturday)

Cost: €230 - €300 - includes 8 evening classes, a full day workshop and   all course materials (Concessions negotiable)
